Q. Do you have insurance?

A. Yes, we have public liability insurance, so you know that you and your property are covered during the work being carried out.

Q. Do I need to pay a deposit for my boiler installation?

A. Yes, we require a deposit of £250 to setup your installation account, which can be paid via BACS or credit/debit card.

Q. How long will it take?

A. Typically, a boiler replacement will take just one day. A boiler conversion (where we’d be getting your old boiler converted to a combi system) will generally take two days.

Q. Can I pay by credit or debit card?

A. Yes, we accept most major credit and debit cards for payment.

Q. Do I have to have one of the boilers listed on your website?

A. No, we will install a boiler which you have advised us that you want, we will adjust our quotes accordingly.

Q. Are you Gas Sage / Corgi registered?

A. Yes, our engineers always carry their ID and Gas Safe qualification. Our lead engineer Adam Shields is Gas Safe registration number 623751.
